- NOTE!!! THIS REQUIREMENT WAS ORIGINALLY ADVERTISED UNDER SOLICITATION NUMBER RFP080037. RFP080037 HAS BEEN CANCELED AND SOLICITATION RFP090016 SUBSTITUTED THEREFORE. AS THE ORIGINAL PROCESS RESULTED IN SUBMISSION OF OFFERORS A SITE VISIT NOR PREBID CONFERENCE WILL HELD UNLESS REQUESTED FROM THE CONTRACTOR OFFICER @ FWITCHER@AOC.COV. Remove and replace sixteen (16) existing retrofilled network transformers and network protectors and replace with new network transformers containing silicone oil, network protectors and no-load disconnect switches. Also, remove and replace existing switchgear with four (4) new switchgear arranged as four transformer spot network with tie breakers in the collector bus in each of the four switchgear. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ELECTRONICALLY AT www.aoc.gov/business/procure-opps.cfm on or about February 19, 2009. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE ENCOURAGED TO DOWNLOAD THE ELECTRONIC VERSION AS THIS WILL EXPEDITE RECEIPT OF THE SOLICITATION. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO MONITOR THIS SITE FOR ALL CHANGES!!
