Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN WESTON, FLORIDA The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous warehouse space and office space in Weston, Florida. The space offered must consist of approximately 65,435 rentable square feet yielding a minimum of 56,900 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed space should consist of a minimum 6,400 usable square feet of office and 50,500 usable square feet of warehouse. The leased space will consist of warehouse space which includes garage & shop space, storage space, a communications room and general office space. Twenty-two (22) secure, onsite parking spaces are required. A loading dock and a concrete truck-staging area capable of handling a large tractor-trailer turning radius are required immediately adjacent to the warehouse entrance. The entire facility, including parking and staging area must be enclosed with an 8 -10 foot high fence. A 20 foot setback is required. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North:I-75 South:Griffin Road East:I-75 West:US-27 The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 1, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
