Description: The United States Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development Regional Mission to Central Asia (USAID/CAR), is publishing the subject RFP as a DRAFT, in order to obtain comments/input from all public and private interested parties. Your comments/inputs about this draft RFP are requested, and may be taken into consideration for the preparation of the final RFP. All types of eligible organizations and firms are strongly encouraged to review the document, provide comments, and consider submitting offers in response to the resulting final RFP (solicitation). Interested parties are encouraged to submit comments and input. Please send comments at e-mail AlmatyAASolicitations@usaid.gov by Thursday, January 29, 2009, 10:00am, Almaty Time. USAID/CAR anticipates posting the final RFP o/a February 19, 2009 with the closing date o/a April 4, 2009. USAID/CAR will conduct a Pre-Solicitation Conference on March 9, 2009. Representatives from the USAID/CAR mission will be made available for a question & answer (Q&A) session from TBD pm until TBD pm.
