- The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for two (2) adults to perform live-in gate attendant and camp host duties during the day at the Tuttletown Recreation Area located at the New Melones Lake near Sonora, California. Major duties include operating a recreation area entrance station; collection of fees and selling Federal passes in accordance with Reclamation policies and procedures; maintaining and operating a Windows based campsite reservation program (ORMS); distributing recreation pamphlets and brochures; provide customer service; perform compliance checks in campgrounds; and provide emergency assistance in campground areas as requested. They shall provide and operate their own transportation to fulfill portions of this contract and must possess a valid state issued driver's license. This acquisition shall be 100% Small Business Set Aside Request for Quotation. All Small Business responsible sources may submit a quotation. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) IS 721211, business size standard of $7M. Request for Quotation No. 09SQ240043 will be posted to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on January 20, 2009. The date for receipt of quotations will be the close of business on February 13, 2009. The RFQ must be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this RFQ will be distributed. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA), as required by FAR 4.1102, apply to this procurement. Prospective contractors must be registered prior to award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Prospective contractors must also register at Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA) via the Internet at https://orca.bpn.gov.
