Description: The governmnet will shortly issue Amendment 0003 in which technical changes will allow offerors to propose alternate approaches for not only the Microclimate Cooling Unit and Microclimate Cooling Garment, but also the Control Bypass Assembly and Control Bypass Extension, if necessary, components. Documentation changes and internal reviews may require several weeks. Another notice will be posted when Amendment 0003 is available.
