- Description
- Furnish after hours guard service to the Bureau of Land Management, Montana State Office, 5001 Southgate Drive, Billings, MT by responding to the burglar alarms at the BLM facility. Service will be 24 hours per day on weekends and holidays and from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on week nights. This contract will inlcude the base year plus 4 option years. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000, including all option years. Prospective contractosr must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and must complete their online Representations and Certifications in ORCA prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov., and Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA) online at http://orca.bpn.gov. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561612. The small business size standard is $17 million. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOps ane FedConnect during the week of February 4, 2009. No hard copies of the solicitation will be sent out by this office and will be available at "www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect". Response date for the quotes will be on/about February 19, 2009. The exact closing date will be posted in the RFQ. This is set aside for Small Business.
