- Description
- The Department of the Army, Army Reserve Contracting Center West Presidio of Monterey Division is seeking for a vendor that can provide Lodging and Meals for 200 soldiers for two days. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. This combined synopsis/solicitation is the only information you will receive, no separate solicitation or paper copies will be provided. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), http://www.ccr.gov. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721110, and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. This requirement is for the following: 01Contractor shall provide Buffet Breakfast for 200 people. For the period: 31 January 2009 and 01 February 2009. 400 each $__________________ 02Contractor shall provide Buffet Lunch for people 200. For the period: 31 January 2009. 200 each $__________________ 03Contractor shall provide Buffet Dinner for 200 people. For the period: 30 thru 31 January 2009. 400 each $__________________ 04Contractor shall provide sleeping rooms (107 double occupancy rooms and 4 single occupancy rooms). For the period: 30 January 2009 thru 31 January 2009. 222Each $__________________ 05Contractor shall provide Conference/Banquet Room with tables, chairs, linen and silverware, light refreshment (coffee, water & small pastries), sound system, microphone, podium at no charge. For the period: 31 January 2009 thru 1 February 2009 1Lot $___________________ The following provisions and clauses are incorporated by reference: 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The technical evaluation will be a determination based on the contractors ability to meet the following requirements: 1. Have a 3-Star or higher rating. 2. Must be within a 12 mile radius of the US Army Reserve Center located at, 257th TC, 5095 Range Rd., Bldg 1032, Las Vegas, NV 89115. 3. Hotel must be able to provide 111 rooms for 2 nights for the required period specified in CLIN 0004-above. 4. Hotel must have dining facility to accommodate 200 people. 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications Commercial Items The offeror shall complete only paragraph (l) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. Contractors shall (i) register to use WAWF at https://wawf.eb.mil and (ii) ensure an electronic business point of contact (POC) is designated in the Central Contractor Registration site at http://www.ccr.gov within ten (10) calendar days after award of this contract/order.
