- This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to IEEE, 445 Hoes Lane, Piscataway, NJ 08855-1331, to provide the Academy a one year contract for on-line suscription service for IEEE online subscriptions available only via IEEE's website. Award amount is estimated to be $69,290. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 519130 and the size standard is 500. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative within three (3) calendar days of the date of this notice via e-mail to Pam.Jones1@us.army.mil. See Numbered note 22. Insert 3 days in lieu of 45 days. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. There will be no solicitation available.
