- NOTICE TO INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE. The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity intends to issue a sole source purchase order to the University of Texas at Austin, a non-profit institution, to provide pre-doctoral fellowship research services at the U.S.Army Institute of Surgical Research, Fort Sam Houston, TX. The period of performance is on 15 February 2009 through 14 February 2010, plus 4 option years. All responsible sources may submit an capability statement which will be considered. Perspective offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered with Central Contractor Registration program.
