- W9128F-09-T-0009, Gavins Point Project, Cleaning Services for Nebraska Tailwaters Campground and Surrounding Area On or about 22 January 2009, this office will issue a Request for Quotes for cleaning services to be performed at the Nebraska Tailwaters Campground and surrounding area. The campground is located approximately three miles south of Yankton, South Dakota and five miles west on NE Highway 121. The contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, tools and equipment to clean designated facilities and grounds in Corps of Engineers managed areas of the Gavins Point Project near Yankton, South Dakota. The Contractor shall ensure that the completed service will meet the requirements of this contract. All services shall be completed during the scheduled day and time unless otherwise specified or as authorized in advance by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). This solicitation will be set aside for small business participation only under the NAICS Code 561720 with a size standard of $15.0 million. Please be advised of on-line registration requirement in the central Contractor Registration (CCR) database http://www.ccr.gov/ and directed solicitation provisions concerning electronic annual On-line Representations and Certification (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Representations and Certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete. The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective until one year from date of submission or update to ORCA. Obtaining Solicitation Documents: Solicitation documents, including area map, will be posted to the web via Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov). Follow the instructions located at the www.fbo.gov website to register for electronic notification, interested vendors information, and access to secured documents.
