- REQUIREMENT: Approximately 17,929 rentable square feet of office and related space. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 15,590 usable square feet available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Existing buildings, new construction, or sites large enough to accommodate the requirement may be considered. UNIQUE SPECIFICATIONS: Security system with capacity to add card readers, excess cooling capacity, backup generator and approximately 89 parking spaces are required. LEASE TERM: 6 years, with a 3 year firm term. A fully-serviced lease shall be negotiated. DELINEATED AREA: Point of Beginning: Intersection of Route 310 and Interstate 79. West on Route 310 to Route 19. Follow Route 19 west/southwest to Route 98. Follow Route 98 east to Route 20. Route 20 south to Route 58 east. Route 58 to Route 73 north. Route 73 to Interstate 79 north.
