- Purchase Number 0020016376, NSN: 3110-01-365-7873, Bearing, Ball, Annular. Approved sources for this NSN: Kaydon Corporation (Cage 32828, Part Number 12599989) and FAG Bearings Corporation (Cage 43991, Part Number 12599989). Solicitation will include a base year with 100% option. FOB Point is Destination, Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. The requested quantity is 201 each. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. The Government's required delivery schedule is 195 DARO for Stock. This is a Critical Application Item. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis, under other than full and open competition procedures. Solicitation will result in a Firmed Fixed Price Contract. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government on this NSN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated solicitation issue date will be on or around 4 February 2009. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, the vendor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at www.dibbs.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors.
