- Remove doors and frames attached to the masonry walls. Install new metal frames and anchor to the structorue in a permanent manner. Install new metal doors with birch grain finish to match doors recently installed by the center. Install new hardware so the doors self-close and self-latch. Quantity 40 metal frames and 40 metal doors with a minimum of 20 minute fire protection rating, and related hardware. Finish doors and frames to match existing, using low VOC materials. The quote is for three dorms, 40 frames and 40 doors per each dorm.
