- 1. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS ONLY TO DETERMINE THE AVAILABILITY OF POTENTIAL SMALL BUSINESS CATEGORIES, FOR POTENTIAL SET-ASIDES. NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. THEREFORE, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION. ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR A FUTURE ACQUISITION. 2. The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron located at Cannon Air Force Business, New Mexico, is seeking sources interested in a possible contract to provide services for the operation, maintenance, and repair of a 0.75 MGD Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) Wastewater Treatment Plant in accordance with pertinent directives, to support operations on Cannon AFB, NM. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary for the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and support systems of all facilities at the plant at Cannon AFB, NM. The plant operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Work shall include treatment of wastewater, corrective and preventive maintenance, minor maintenance and repair, operation of treatment facilities, reports preparation, grit and grease collection system, sludge and grit treatment and disposal, effluent irrigation system repair, and other related services. Operations include general operation of plant equipment, valves and piping, sampling and lab analysis, waste and effluent disposal and other related services. All operations comply with all regulatory requirements. The standards to be met are: (1) compliance with Cannon's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and (2) compliance with New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) Policy For the Above Ground Use of Reclaimed Domestic Wastewater. Responsible for providing water to the Playa Lake and the Golf Course when requested by the Government in order to maintain aesthetically pleasing water. 3. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 221320. Responses to this sources sought will determine if this requirement is set-aside for Hubzone, 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business, Small Business, Unrestricted, etc. All interested parties shall provide a statement of interest and a capability package. The statement of interest should include as a minimum, the following: (a) degree of experience in providing same or similar services; (b) past corporate and Government contracts with current references and points of contact; (c) evidence of financial capability and technical/management resources to support a requirement of this nature and size. Capability packages are limited to five (5) pages (one-sided, 12 pitch, Times New Roman) or less briefly describing how your company can satisfy the requirements above and your associated technical capabilities. 4. Should the responses and subsequent market research result in a set-aside determination, a subsequent synopsis will be published. 6.
