- DSCC is soliciting for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with 1 base year period and 4, 1 year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total estimated annual value for this acquisition is $2,505,548.15 with a 5 year estimated value of $12,527,740.75. The contraxt maximum value is $25,055,481.50. This contract will be for stock replenishment at DLA depots. These items are being procured in accordance with various Qualified Products Lists (QPL) managed by DSCC. This solicitation contains 266 NSNs. A complete list of these NSNs will be included as an attachment to this announcement or you can contact the POC on this announcement to request the list. While price will be a significant evaluation factor, past performance, delivery and surge and sustainment will also be evaluation factors. All responsible and qualified vendors are invited to submit an offer. The request for proposal (RFP) will be available for download at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. The acquisition will be issued as unrestricted with full and open competition. The acquisition will be issued under FAR Part 12 as a commercial acquisition.The anticipated issue date for the RFP will be on or about February 27, 2009. This notice will be revised if this date should change. The items will be priced according to 4 quantity ranges per item that will be established per item. This solicitation will include phased delivery.
