- General Statement of Work The Corps of Engineers, Nashville District anticipates advertisement of a project for a small bridge replacement. The existing bridge will be removed and a new bridge constructed adjutant to the old bridge, on the upstream side of the existing structure. The location of the project is Billips Avenue Bridge, Cumberland, Kentucky. A descriptive drawing is attached. The anticipated magnitude of this project is $1-$5 Million. The NAICS is 237310. The government anticipates sealed bid, construction, type procurement. Funding is currently available for the project in the amount of the Government Estimate. THE SOLICITATION IS EXPECTED BY 28 JAN 2009
