- The United States Government seeks to lease office space for a Federal Law Enforcement Agency consisting of approximately 9,469 rentable square feet in Eugene, OR. Space must be accessible to major highway arteries and should be located in professional business areas, within the following delineated area: Within the Central Business Area of Eugene, OR: North: West 3rd Avenue to East 4th Avenue, east to Coburg Road, east to the Williamette River South: West 13th Avenue east to High Street, north to East 11th Avenue, east to Hilyard Street, east to the Williamette River East: Williamette River south to Hilyard Street West: Lincoln Street The space should yield between 8,234 to 9,057 BOMA usable square feet. Fifteen (15) onsite, Government reserved parking spaces are required with the ability to add up to four (4) additional reserved surface parking spaces during the lease term. Any space to be considered must be contiguous and located on the second floor or higher. If the offered space is on the top floor of the building, roof-top access should not be in the space. The proposed lease is for 20 years, 10 years firm and should be fully serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety, Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS), and Special Security Requirements. Property located within a base floodplain (100 year flood plain) or wetland will not be considered.
