Description
This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Price Type Contract for Supplies or Services. The item of purchase is the Modification Kit, MA; National Stock Number (NSN): 4920-01-302-6344RN; Part Number (P/N): PWA56064. This a one-time buy for a quantity of 1 Each. ITEM DESCRIPTION: Length: 120 Inches, Width: 48 Inches, Height: 96 Inches, Weight: 500 lbs. ITEM MATERIAL: Fiberglass, Steel. ITEM FUNCTION: Adapts T20 Test Stand for Testing F100-PW-229 Engines. The Government does NOT possess the necessary Data to manufacture or complete the item. SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS FROM THIS NOTICE. This procurement is Non-Commercial and is also a Competitive acquisition. Interested person(s) may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received within the 15 days after issuance of solicitation, or 30 days after the publication date of this synopsis will be considered. OMBUDSMAN: All potential offeror(s) should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serous contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
