Description

Amendment 3: The International Boundary and Water Commission (IBWC) is hereby amending the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Environmental Services Contract as follows. 1. Revise the Draft Contract to include Standard Form 33, Update Sections J, L, and include Section M. As a result, the previous draft contract and Exhibit 1 is hereby considered obsolete. The Statement of Work is hereby incorporated into the contract under Section C and is no longer an attachment. 2. Provide draft Task Order. 3. Provide the Contractor Performance Questionnaire. 4. Extend the proposal due date. As a result, the firm date for receipt of bids is hereby changed from Friday, January 30, 2009, 5:00 P.M. Mountain Time to Friday, February 06, 2009, 5:00 P.M. Mountain Time.
