Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order for laboratory equipment to Applera Corporation d/b/a Applied Biosystems Laboratories, 850 Lincoln Centre Drive, Mailstop 401-2, Foster City, California 94404. The Government has determined that Applera Corporation is the only responsible source for this requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and 6.302-2. Line Item 0001, one (1) Big Dye DNA Sequencing Kit, Version 1.1. Only one responsible source will satisfy Agency requirements. No solicitation is being issued. Interested persons may submit a capability statement, and interest to respond to this requirement. This procurement is not set-aside for small business.
