- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation # H92243-09-T-LH05 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and this is notice that NSWG2 Logistics Support Contract Office, NAB Little Creek, Norfolk VA intends to award a firm fixed price contract. This procurement is 100% set-aside for SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. The associated NAICS code is 541490 and the small business size standard is $7.0M.
