Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only written solicitation/Request for Proposal that will be issued. Contract Line Item Numbers below describe the assets being purchased. CLIN 0001 Thermogravimetric Analyzer Purchase is anticipated from Mettler Toledo, Columbus OH, and this notice is to serve as a notice of subcontracting opportunities only. This requirement consists of a Thermogravimetric (TGA) and Themomechanical (TMA) analysis package that will integrate with existing Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) equipment assets currently in AF, Det 1 inventory. New equipment must be compatible with existing equipment and software currently in use at Det 1. Any potential offerors must provide full product description(s) along with documentation of data conversion capabilities with no loss of data from the existing DSC equipment from Mettler Toledo. FAR 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 apply. WAWF procedures apply. NAICS code 334516, size std 500 is applicable. Type contract will be Firm Fixed Price, FOB Destination--Brooks City-Base (include packing/special handling/ shipping charges). Delivery within 45 to 60 days after receipt of award.
