Description
Remodel Diagnostic Service Nuclear Medicine CamerasProject # 540-05-207 Project Range: $1,000, 000 - $2,000,000 Louis A Johnson, VAMC 1 Medical Center Dr Clarksburg, WV 26301 Pre-solicitation Description (FAR 5.204) The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to provide construction services to the Louis A Johnson, VAMC at 1 Medical Center Dr, Clarksburg, WV 26301 for project # 540-05-207 to Remodel Diagnostic Service Nuclear Medicine Cameras as described in drawings and specifications. Construction service includes the remodel of the portion of the diagnostic service area to accept new nuclear medicine cameras. Renovation will consist of removing architectural elements, demolition of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems replaced with new systems per specifications and drawings. Trades and disciplines include but are not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC. Contractors should identify plan/strategy for safety, dust control, and implementing VA Medical Center infection control policies in offer. FBO solicitation notice will provide pre-proposal site visit date tentatively scheduled for February 19, 2009. A Request for proposal (RFP) will issue on FedBizOps February 9, 2009 with proposal close date of March 13, 2009. After award of the contract additional sets of the specifications and drawings are available to the successful offeror. Disc copy of specifications and drawing available for prime SDVOSB contractors via writen request to point of contact listed below. A Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside and award pursuant to 38 USC 8127(d) is contemplated. Contractor must be registered in Central Contract Registry (CCR). Contractor must complete representation and certifications for their company. Contractor should provide proof of West Virginia Contracting License, Insurance, and Bid Guarantee as part of their submission. Proof of performance and payments bonds availability will be required with submission. Contract award pending the availability of funds.
