IQC08219009004, INSULATION TAPE, ELECTRICAL Application: VARIOUS This solicitation will contain 5 NSN’s NSN Estimated Demand Base and Option Periods 1-4 5970-01-196-52522163 5970-01-123-0267209627 5970-01-278-98266131839 5970-01-316-2560168336 5970-01-007-55611018 The solicitation will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and four option years. This procurement will be solicited UNRESTRICTED FOB: ORIGIN with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination applies. Shelf life applies to all of the NSNs. Some of the NSNs are critical application items and configuration control. Quantity variance is zero. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about OCT 07, 2008. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From DIBBS homepage, select Request for Proposal (RFP) under the Solicitations heading. In the Search Categories click in the Solicitation Number and type the RFP you wish to download and click the Submit button. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters.
