Description

The FDA White Oak Facility has been equipted with Motorola Tranmitters and receivers to accomodate Mototrola radios. White Oak Communication Sytem Radios are needed for Builings 1 and 66. All future facilities that are built will have Motorla transmitters and receivers installed directly interface with the existing system. The FDA Security Command Center at White Oak houses the Motorola iinfrastructure which monitors and controls the entire radio system for the campus. The current sytem uses Motorola encryption and the hand held radios must support this same encryption. FDA requires that the Sellers bid be an "exact match to spec." That means no SUBSTITUTION ALLOWED. The Seller MUST provide the exact line items description (make, model and part number) as listed in this announcement.
