- Description
- A draft copy of the Performance Work Statement is attached for industry review. Industry is encouraged to review the PWS in its entirety and provide comments. The Government anticipates releasing the RFP mid to late February 2009. This questionnaire/survey is also being used to obtaining information relative to industry standards. Companies are encouraged to provide responses to this questionnaire but are advised that their participation is voluntary. Contractors responding to this RFI are placed on notice that participation in this survey does not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey. With this information, vendors and other such sources in the industry are requested to provide data relative to their business practices The contractor shall provide all labor, company vehicles, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and computer equipment except as listed in Section 3, Government Furnished Property and Services. The contractor shall provide Vehicle Management and Analysis (VM&A) services for approximately 930 vehicles at Robins Air Force Base and within a permissible operating distance (POD) of 100 miles. The contractor shall provide Fleet Manangement services for approximately 1232 vehicles which include GSA leased vehicles. In addition, the contractor shall provide Vehicle Operations support to include dispatch, personnel, and cargo movement. The contractor shall utilize the On-Line Vehicle Integrated Management System (OLVIMS) database to manage vehicles operation and management programs.
