- Description
- The National Cancer Institute (NCI) plans to procure Remote Monitoring Services. This acquisition will be conducted under the procedures for acquiring commercial buys as authorized in FAR Part 12 and under the authority to use simplified procedures for commercial requirements as authorized in FAR PART 13.5. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 541990 and the business size standard is $7M. Contractor requirements: Contractor will provide remote monitoring services for a minimum of 1,800 hours but not more than a total maximum of 5,400. Contractor shall evaluate contacts on each Cancer Information Service (CIS) access channel; calibrate evaluations monthly with NCI to ensure accuracy; listen to NCI-hosted monthly conference calls; participate in monthly conference calls with NCI Project Officer and participate in annual remote monitoring/NQAP quality meeting; complete all Government required training including complete pilot tests of quality assurance tools developed by NCI, and review/analysis of quality data, materials and other tools; provide suitable off-site work space and use personal computers; must have minimum three (3) years experience in cancer-related Contact Center environment. Up to (6) awards could be made as a result of this solicitation. This requirement will be awarded as a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The minimum number of hours is 1,800 and the maximum number of hours is 5,400 per year. Period of Performance shall be from award through twelve (12) months with two (2) one year options periods.
