Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This is a notice of intent to award a contract to Peel Properties on a sole source basis to provide 118 parking spaces at 6006 Executive Boulevard, Rockville, Maryland for a period of four months. A written solicitation will not be issued and this announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued. This is not a small-business set-aside procurement. The solicitation number is NIHOF2009078. Applicable clauses 52.212 4 "Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items" and 52.212 5 "Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items not be accepted.
