- This is a preaward synopsis for the purchase of 4 each NP2000-11 Propeller Systems, P/N PKL28624. Due to unique supplies or services available from only one source or only one supplier with unique capabilities,this is a sole source acquisition, under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), to Hamilton Sundstrand, CAGE 73030. The synopsis and solicitation will be combined. Propellers applicable to C-130 aircraft. The response date is 12 Feb 2009. Estimated award date is 27 Feb 2009. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information or to communicate concerns with acquisition. Note 22 applies.
