Description

The United States Government seeks to lease office space in La Grande, OR consisting of approximately 4,341 rentable square feet, which should yield a minimum of 3,775 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. The space should be located in a professional office environment. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space should be ready for occupancy by August 1, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. DELINEATED AREA:- Within the city limits of La Grande, OR Interested parties should submit the following information: 1. Proposals from brokers or agents should be accompanied by evidence of their authorization to represent the ownership. 2. Include building name, address, square footage and floor plans of the offered space. 3. Name, address, and phone number of person to be contacted.
