- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number F6T3CE8338A001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25. This solicitation is set aside for small business; the associated NAICS code is 332999 and small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is for the purchase of: MODULAR VAULT FOR WEAPONS STORAGE 0001-AA BUILD, SHIP AND INSTALL ONE GSA RATED CLASS M SIX SIDED LIGHT WEIGHT, MODULAR VAULT SYSTEM PER MIL SPEC AA-V-2737. 16 FEET WIDE X 32FEET DEEP X 8 FEET 6 INCHES HIGH (INSIDE DIMENSIONS) 16 FEET 10 INCHES WIDE X 32 FEET 10 INCHES DEEP X 9 FEET 4INCHES HIGH (OUTSIDE DIMENSIONS). CONDUIT AND CONNECTION AVAILABLE FOR ELECTRICAL AND HVAC (SEE DRAWING FOR LOCATIONS). PROVIDE ONE GSA CLASS 5 SECURITY VAULT DOOR 40 INCHES WIDE X 78 INCHES HIGH CLEAR OPENING - SINGLE LEAF DOOR. INSTALL ONE GROUP 1 COMBINATION LOCK (KABA MAS X-09) ON VAULT DOOR. DELIVER AND ASSEMBLE CLASS M VAULT WITH DOOR INSTALLED IN BLDG 2001E ON FAIRCHILD AFB, WA 99011. 1. Vault shall be a GSA rated Class M type which meets Federal Specification AA-V-2737. 2. Vault shall meet GSA Class 5 door specifications. The door shall have a Group 1 Combination Lock (KABA MAS X-09). 3. Vault and Door shall be shipped to and assembled in building 2001E, FAFB, WA 99011.
