- U. S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE 13,225 RENTABLE SQUARE FEET OF OFFICE SPACE IN NORTH CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 13,225 rentable square feet yielding 11,500 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet in North Charleston, SC. Twenty-five (25) surface parking spaces are required at no additional cost. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North:Ashley Phosphate Road South:Mark Clark Expressway East:Rivers Avenue West:Dorchester Road The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than May 1, 2010. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership. The Offeror shall not enter into negotiations or discussions with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or authorized representative. Interested parties should contact the broker and may submit pertinent information no later than the close of business on February 10, 2009.
