Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a competitive basis, Mini I/J Band Digital Radion Frequency Memory Modulators (DRFM) and Engineering, Technical and Repair support services in accordance with the NAWCWD Statement of Work, NAWCWD Performance Specifications 13672-ATS676I and Drawing 1611AS13830. The DRFMs are integrated with other countermeasures or emitter modules to complete required system configurations. These DRFMs are installed in systems that are used to Evaluated U.S. weapons systems and train Fleet operators. Pricing of the DRFMs and the shall be on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) basis and pricing for the Engineering, Technical and Repair support services shall be on a Time and Materials (T&M) basis. Contract award may be made on a First Article Required or First Article Waived basis for these items. The government reserves the right to waive First Article for DRFMs that have been previously delivered by an offeror and accepted by the Government within the last two years. A minimum of 1 unit will be ordered at contract award, and a maximum of 200 units may be ordered over the five-year perio! d of performance. Delivery of all units shall be FOB Destination to Naval Air Station, Point Mugu, CA beginning no later than 300 days after the effective date of the delivery order at a rate no less than 5 units per month. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
