- Requirement: The U.S. General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 4,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet with 7 reserved parking spaces in Atlantic County, New Jersey. The space will be used by a law enforcement agency. Space must be contiguous. Space cannot be located on the first or second floor. Space can be submitted for top floors; however, the agency will need to receive internal approval to locate on the top floor. The offered space cannot be located adjacent to any fire escapes, balconies, parking decks, or above a loading dock. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement. Delineated Area: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: -Travel southwest on Atlantic Avenue to Route 152-Longport Somers Point Boulevard -Travel north on Route 152 to Shore Road -Travel East on Shore Road to Ocean Heights Ave (Route 559) -Travel North on Ocean Heights Ave. Ocean Heights Ave turns into Mays Landing Road and Somers Point Road. -Remain northbound on Route 559 to Main Street. -Travel North on Main Street to Route 50. -Travel east on Route 50 to Route 30 (White Horse Pike). -Travel south on Route 30. Route 30 is the White Horse Pike and changes to Absecon Boulevard. -Take Route 30 to Atlantic Ave. Lease Term: 10 years with cancellation rights after the fifth (5th) full year of occupancy. Owners and Authorized agents: Submissions by other than the owner of a property or site must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space/site.
