Introduction The Supreme Allied Commander Transformation is a major NATO command staffed by all 26 NATO nations and various other country representatives. The command has a private Staff Mess (restaurant) that serves a daily "sit down" style lunch to between 200-350 members Monday thru Friday 11:30 to 13:00. Additionally the Staff Mess performs numerous 5 star catered NATO official functions to include coffee set up, buffet lunches and day/ evening receptions.
