Contract performance is expected to be Five (5) years as an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. Expected first order quantity is Fifty (50). Delivery of the first order shall be 12 Kits per month, commencing Four (4) months After Receipt of Order (ARO) until completed. Under an IDIQ Contract, the Government is not obligated to place any follow-on orders beyond the first order for the duration of the contract. Current source is Midland Supply, Inc., CAGEC 1GM92, on Contract W15P7T-06-D-0003. Detailed technical data will not be supplied by the Army as they are not available. All of the individual tools are commercial items available from a number of vendors. The Tool Box itself is also a commercial item. All individual items shall be individually and neatly packed in foam cut-outs conforming to the shape of the item, except that items packaged as a set, such as nut drivers in a pouch, may be placed in a cut-out conforming to the shape of the pouch or other containers that are provided by the vendor, or, alternatively, several pouches-containers may be neatly placed in a bin and-or a lid. The foam cutouts shall be neatly packed in a multi-shelved tool box, each shelf capable of sliding out without tipping the box and be removable. The tool box shall be capable of being locked to secure the shelves and wheeled across a hard surface using an extendable handle similar to air travel luggage, and shall bear a Unique Identifier (UID) label. Supplier(s) should provide prices for the quantities cited, quantity breaks and delivery date ARO. Successful supplier(s) may be required to warrant that the item supplied under this requirement will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended.
