Description
This synopsis is issued for INTERFACE ACCESSORY SET, NSN: 4920-01-245-5139RN, Part Number 68D240034-1001. The kit is used to check the coolant flow rate from the LCS Pump/Reservoir Pressure. The kit consists of a flow monitor unit; flow -disconnect; 2 flex hoses with quick disconnect fittings; stored in fiberglass case. Size/Dimensions (approx): Unit Height: 15.000 inches nominal, Unit Width: 10.000 inches nominal, Unit Length: 20.000 inches nominal. Quantity: Base Year: 1 EACH FIRST ARTICLE (CONTRACTOR TESTING WITH DATA REQUIRED and PRODUCTION QUANTITY FOR 1 EA). A First Article (FA) is required with contractor inspection, FA Test Plan and Report. Option I, 1-4 each, valid 365 days after award. Option II, 1-4 each, valid 730 days after award. Option III, 1-4 each, valid 1095 days after award. Option IV, 1-4 each, valid 1460 days after award. Place of delivery for FA and items: Various locations. Delivery: 180 Calendar Days for FA and 180 Calendar Days for production items after approval of First Article Test Report or award, as applicable. Drawings will be made available on line when the RFP is posted. The approximate RFP issue date will be 28 February 2009. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizzops.gov only. No telephone requests will be honored and no hard copies will be mailed out. The technical data required to respond to the RFP may be obtained at FBO. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFP. The Government will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), and other sources of data as maybe started in the RFP. Proposals will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFP. OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. All questions regarding the RFP and/or the data package must be submitted in writing to Lasonia.Hart@robins.af.mil with a copy to Kathryn.Canady@robins.af.mil. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS. All questions and answers will be uploaded to www.fedbizopps.gov. However, the identity of the potential offer will not be included. Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification for solicitation and all amendments/revisions and to check the FEDBIZOPPS site prior to submission of proposal. This is a small business set-aside.
