Description

Management & Training Corporation (MTC) in operation of the Gary Job Corps Center for the US Dept of Labor (DOL) is seeking sealed bids for WATER HEATER REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT IN BUILDING 06-RM-67. Remove a 1212 gph 600 gal gas fired water heater and replace with five (5) instantaneous tankless water heaters. Removal will require dismantling or cutting into smaller pieces due to its location. Contractor shall be responsible for all work including but not limited to carpentry, electrical, mechanical, insulation, sheet metal work, steel erection, concrete, natural gas, fire alarm, and site clean-up. The bid package is provided for your information. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 A.M. (1000hrs), Wednesday, February 25, 2009 in building 11-215 of Gary JCC.
