- DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA) SEEKSOFFERORS TO CONSTRUCT AN OUTPATIENT CLINIC FOR LEASE TO THE GOVERNMENT SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS No. V101-183-565-02-06 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking offers to construct an outpatient clinic facility in Wilmington, New Hanover County, North Carolina, for lease to the Government for a period of up to 20 years, on a site that has been pre-selected by the Government for an approximate 80,000 NUSF facility. VA has obtained an assignable/transferable ground lease on a site of approximately 19.061 developable acres located in New Hanover County, North Carolina. The ground lease will be assigned to the successful offeror at the time of award. The successful offeror will be required to lease the land at the agreed upon price, and construct a clinic facility on the site based on the specifications, special requirements, floor plan, and site layout contained in the Solicitation for Offers. All interested parties should respond to this announcement no later than February 13, 2009, 4:00 PM EST. In order to receive SFO documents, any correspondence, and amendments prior to Initial Offers, please submit your response to Public Properties LLC. Responses shall include: name of firm, name of contact person, address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address, solicitation number, and city and state of project. Solicitation documents will be forwarded to the respondents of this announcement.
