- Under the authority of FAR 13.5, the U.S. Army, CCRD-NA-SY, Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army Soldier System Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order to Honeywell International Inc., 7870 Villa Park Dr. Ste. 900, Richmond, VA 23228. This is for the purchase of Spectra Shield armor systems to be used by the WARSTAR Directorate. The procurement includes the following; (328 YDs) Spectra Shield SR-3124, (328 YDs) SpectraShield SR-3130. Shipping to Natick is also required upon completion.
