Description

Solicitation number SPM4A6-09-R-0094, 0019970293, 8120-00-627-7956, Cylinder, Compressed Gas with pressure valve. Unit of Issue is each. Quantity has been increased to 100 each. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Critical Item Application, and Configuration Control Application. Government First Article Testing is required for this procurement. Four (4) units are to be sent for First Article within 120 days of award. FAT evaluation is 30 days. FAT Locations (2): 1- NADEP NORTH ISLAND CUSTOMER SERVICE BLDG 341 ATTN DEBBIE RODR CODE 93001 NAS NORTH ISLAND SAN DIEGP CA 92135-7058 2- NAWCWPNS C418300D BLDG 31175 ATTN MIKE GRAY CHINA LAKE CA 93555-6001 GRAYMO@NAVAIR.NAVY.MIL (760)939-6183. NSN is Navy Critical Safety Item. Approve Source of Supply is Pacific Scientific Company, Cage 05167, Part Number 40005411 and Part number 4005411-1. FOB Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. The solicitation will result in a Firm- Fixed Contract. Requested delivery is as follows: FAT 120 days, Govt Eval 30 days, Production after FAT approval 274 days. Total delivery is 424 days. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is September 26, 2008 with a closing date of October 27, 2008. Amendment 0001 to solicitation will be issued on January 28, 2009. Amendment 0001 will extend closing date to February 2, 2009. In addition, Amendment 0001 will increase quantity to 100 EA as indicated above.
