- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY. THE PURPOSE OF THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES AND TO DETERMINE THE EXTENT OF AVAILABLE COMPETITION AMONG SOCIO-ECONOMIC GROUPS. RESPONSES TO ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE USED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO MAKE APPROPRIATE ACQUISTION DECISIONS-SEE SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS BELOW. A SUBSEQUENT SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT MAY FOLLOW. RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS AN ADEQUATE RESPONSE TO THAT ANNOUNCEMENT. ALL INTERESTED OFFERORS MUST RESPOND TO THE SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT IN ADDITION TO RESPONDING TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. The United States Government seeks sources for leased medical office and related space centrally located in Searcy, Arkansas, 72143, White County. Rentable space must yield between 6,000 and 10,000 ANSI BOMA Office Area Square Feet of medical office and related space, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Location: Eastern Boundary-State Hwy 367, Southern Boundary- Beebe Capps Expressway (Hwy 36), Northern Boundary- East Moore Ave, Western Boundary-Sawmill Road. Lease Term: 10 years firm. Occupancy: Space must be ready for occupancy by September 2009. Expressions of interest should include the following AND RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:30PM CENTRAL TIME February 12, 2009. A. Building name and address. B. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot. C. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. Common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable.
