Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Commercial Clearing House Inc., 2700 Lake Cook Road, Deerfield, IL 60015-3867 to provide 2009 updates for the following: CLIN 0001: Contract Appeals Decisions (Print), 2009 Edition CLIN 0002: Government Contracts Reporter (Standalone, CD), 2009 Edition CLIN 0003: Government Contracts Reporter (CD-2 Users), 2009 Edition CLIN 0004: Government Contracts Reporter (CD-3-5 Users), 2009 Edition CLIN 0005: Cost Accounting Standards Guide (Print), 2009 Updates CLIN 0006: Employment Practices Guide, 2009 (Print), Subscription CLIN 0007: Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), 2009 Combo Edition CLIN 0008: DOD Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), 2009 Combo Edition This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified items, they must respond to this notice before 12:00 pm (CST) on 5 February 2009. If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to. Commercial Clearing House Inc.
