- NSN: 3110-00-278-6904, Bearing, Ball, Annular. Specification in accordance with CID A-A-59583C, Amendment Number C, Type Number: AA59583-426JGBT. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 90 Days ARO. This NSN is not a critical application or a critical safety item. It is a Commercial Off-The Shelf Item. Quality Control Code is FCA which is a Higher Level Quality System which will apply to the manufacturer and/or both the manufacturer and dealer facility if quoted by a dealer. Procurement is DLA Direct (Stock) and the contractor’s packaging facility shall adhere to the Quality Assurance Verification requirements in accordance with MIL-DTL-197K. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. This RFP will be solicited as a 100 % small business set-aside with full and open competition. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 666 each. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 167 for the Base Year Only. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated Solicitation issue date is February 23, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
