Description
Amendment 02 This amendment is to add one new solicitation response requirement (Item 1 below) and to provide additional information to potential offerors based upon the questions received thus far (Items 2 through 4 below). 1. The Government is requesting one reference (preferably Government) who can discuss the offeror’s past experience in providing booth space at college fairs that reach out to the target audience for this requirement (i.e. first-generation, college eligible students from varied socio-economic areas). The following information is requested for the reference: Name of Reference; Telephone number of Reference; E-mail address of Reference; and Some way of identifying the work you performed for that Reference (e.g. Description of Event, Title of Project, etc.), including dates of performance. 2. Is there any more information about the events? RESPONSE:These events are targeted primarily for first-generation, college eligible students from varied socio-economic areas (i.e. underrepresented students). 3. What are the exact dates? RESPONSE:Due to travel requirements, the Government prefers event dates on or around the following: Rochester, New York – March 13 – 14, 2009 Syracuse, New York – March 15 – 16, 2009 Buffalo, New York – March 17 – 18, 2009 Memphis, Tennessee – March 25, 2009 New York, New York – March 29, 2009 Grand Rapids, Michigan – March 31, 2009 Livonia, Michigan – April 1, 2009 Houston, Texas – April 5, 2009 San Diego, California – April 14, 2009 Ontario, California – April 16, 2009 Anaheim, California – April 19, 2009 Pasadena, California – April 20 – 21, 2009 Ventura, California – April 22, 2009 Providence, Rhode Island – April 25, 2009 Cleveland, Ohio – April 26, 2009 Edison, New Jersey – April 29, 2009 4. What all will be expected of contractor, for example, will contractor be manning booths and will supplies be provided by government. RESPONSE:The contractor is to provide highly visible booth space at each event. The Government is requesting a price quote for booth space for all sixteen events.
