- This is a pre-solicitation Special Notice, which does not constitute a solicitation. REFERENCE: Site visit to the Ammunition Supply Point (ASP) and Theater Storage Area (TSA) at Camp Arifjan and various locations in Kuwait on 18 February 2008. Any parties interested in attending the site visit must contact the Government point of contact listed below with the names of no more than two representatives with their contact information NO LATER THAN 16 January 2009, 4:00 pm Central Standard Time, to allow enough time for coordination of access to the sites.
