- The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity intends to negotiate a sole source contract with First DataBank Inc., 500 East 96th Street, Suite 500, Indianapolis, IN 46240-3767. This contract is for software maintenance services for National Drug Data File-Plus, an application supported only by First DataBank, and is for a period of 1 year with 4 option years. No solicitation document exists. This is not a request for competitive proposals, but parties purporting to have the requisite credentials to perform these services must furnish in writing, factual information, which clearly supports and demonstrates evidence of such abilities. This information must be emailed to Janet Kuhns at janet.kuhns@us.army.mil by 20 January 2009 NLT 1600 hrs Eastern Time. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action based on any responses from this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
