- Description
- The Northern Research Station is solicitating for Janitorial Services at the Forestry Sciences Laboratory (FSL), located in Grand Rapids, Minnesota and the Marcell Research Center (MRC) located in Bovey, Minnesota. Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing supervision; labor; materials; equipment and supplies necessary to perform custodian and related services. Both the FSL and MRC consist of a single story laboratory/office building. The FSL is approximately 16,500 sq.ft. and the MRC is approximately 3,240 sq.ft. The intent of this contract is a base year and four option years, with a start date of March 1, 2009. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, the small business size standard is $14 million and the NAICS code is 561720. This project is advertised as a combined synopsis/solicitation and FAR Part 12, Commercial Items procedures will be utilized.
