- This procurement is a total set-aside for HUBZone companies as certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), the agency responsible for regulating and implementing the HUBZone Program. For questions regarding this program, please see www.sba.gov or call (202) 205-7663. The government desires a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Shipping Boxes of various sizes to be delivered FOB Destination biweekly to two (2) locations, Burlington, NJ and/or French Camp, CA. The subject Shipping Boxes will be natural in color (kraft) and require printing as seen in Exhibit A. Further descriptions may be found under each Item Purchase Description (IPD) as stated in the subject solicitation. Boxes must be Single-walled, Regular Slotted Containers (RSC) and meet ASTM D 5118 (see www.astm.org) testing standards. These boxes must contain the recommended recovered fiber content levels as stated in the EPA Paper Products Recovered Materials Advisory Notice (Federal Register, Vol. 61, No. 104, May 29, 1996).
