- The following Veteran Administration Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located at 180 Old Hickory Blvd. Jackson, TN 38301 will be providing a solicitation for a Security Guards, NAICS code 611710. Contractor shall provide unarmed, uniformed, security guards for patrol of the CBOC located in Jackson, TN. Guards shall maintain high visibility of uniformed presence at all times while on duty in the facility and both the employee and visitor parking lots. This Presolicitation Notice is being posted in anticipation of RFP VA-249-09-RP-0080. The solicitation shall be posted on or about January 14, 2009 with responses due January 23, 2009.
